John Schaffer AM joined the company in 1972, was appointed operations manager in 1974, Managing Director in 1987 and has held the position of Chairman and Managing Director since 1988.
Mr Schaffer has had extensive experience in managing both private and publicly listed companies with operations spanning the globe in industries ranging from manufacturing and equity investment to property and development.
Anton Mayer is Executive Chairman of Howe Automotive Limited, and held the position of Howe Automotive Limited Managing Director from 1989 to 2006. Mr Mayer has many years of international leather experience, broad business skills and a global business perspective.
Ralph Leib joined the company in 2016 and was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Schaffer Group of Companies in July 2017.

Jason Walsh joined the group in 1999 and has vast experience in all aspects of precast concrete design and manufacture, having worked on numerous landmark projects over 20+ years. Jason was promoted to the position of General Manager of Delta Corporation Limited in 2009.
Jason Cantwell joined the company in 2011 and has significant experience in senior financial management roles within both private and publicly listed companies with operations including manufacturing, funds management, agribusiness and information technology.
